The 36K Clean Air Challenge is a sponsored challenge during October and November
We want you to become #cleanairchampions for your company by choosing your 36K challenge and completing our clean air badges.
The 36K Clean Air Challenge can be any green activity you like related to the number 36K. You could commit to doing 36,000 steps once a week in October, or take your dog on a 36-minute walk every day. You can take your commitment to being a #cleanairchampion one step further by completing our clean air badges.
When can I start my challenge?
The 36K Clean Air Challenge runs from 1st October to 31st October, but you can start fundraising straightaway. You can also pay in any last-minute donations up until the 30th November. You can start your challenge any time in September too, it’s whenever works for you!
What we do
Asthma UK
Every 10 seconds someone in the UK has a potentially fatal asthma attack. In the UK, three families are devastated by the death of a loved one from asthma every single day.
We work to stop asthma attacks and, ultimately, cure asthma by funding world leading research and scientists, campaigning for change and supporting people with asthma to reduce their risk of a potentially life threatening asthma attack.
British Lung Foundation
We’re the only UK charity looking after the nation’s lungs. With your support, we’ll make sure that one day everyone breathes clean air with healthy lungs. We work to improve care and to treat, prevent and cure all lung diseases.
Our helpline and support services provide vital hope and support, and we campaign for positive change in the UK’s lung health and air quality.
