I’m running The Great North Run in the fight for breath!

Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running The Great North Run for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.

Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.

Any support would be amazing in my fight for lung health!

Congleton Parkrun

Saturday 20th Jul
Was hoping to get a sub 30 parkrun today, however it wasn’t meant to be. I did get a couple of PRs on mile 1 & 2. So not a totally disappointed morning

It’s been a busy few days

Monday 15th Jul
Was in London end of last week so did a few miles walking.  Nice hilly parkrun Saturday, 10k almost with a PB on Sunday and a very wet rainy 5 mile club run Monday. Think I’ll have a rest for a few days now 😝

Today I ran 11 miles!! First long run since the stafford half marathon back in March.
