I’m running The Great North Run in the fight for breath!

I decided to do this run as a challenge for my 50th birthday.

I’m running for this cause as it’l is close to my heart,or lungs should I say!!

15 years ago I was diagnosed with asthma after having flu and it damaged my respiratory system.

I manage it well with exercising regularly,swimming,running and going to the gym.

I will be on daily steroids for the rest of my life but hopefully by keeping healthy and active it will be kept at bay!

I know so many people who aren’t as lucky and struggle every single day.

Any donation will help fund research and help save lives!
