My reason why…

Tuesday 13th Feb In 2022 I lost one of the most important people in my life, my grandad! He was by my side through think and thin. I’ve been stuck to my grandads side ever since I could walk, the memories I have will be with me forever an il be thinking of them all the way from start to finish of the marathon! A big passion of mine is rugby league and from the age of 10 when I first started playing over the next 22 years he followed me up and down the country watching me play which meant the world to me. Unfortunately my grandad passed away an it turned my world upside down but I try a take each day as it comes and just keep going for my family and kids. He passed away after getting lung cancer and after having a chat with a good friend of mine he came up with the idea of running this great marathon in memory of him, so now it’s time to get down to business 💪🏽💙 Share
