I’m running The Great North Run in the fight for breath!
So I’ve decided to run the Great North Run a dream of mine since I was little. I’ve always loved running and be active but when I was diagnosed with Asthma I felt like my dream of running the GNR or my chances of being active again were slipping away. But I’ve decided that I can do anything I put my mind to so will be taking the next year to train for the GNR whilst supporting a charity that is very close to my heart ❤️
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running The Great North Run for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
