I'm running The Great North Run for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe.
As an asthma sufferer myself, I know first-hand the impact that respiratory conditions can have on everyday life. Asthma + Lung UK has been an invaluable resource to me for years, from helping me to understand what asthma is, to helping me identify my triggers and how I can manage them. I want to pay it forward and support Asthma + Lung UK in continuing the fantastic work they do.
Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.
