Hi!
I am running the GNR next month. I got in by ballot but have chosen to run in support of my favourite charity, Asthma and Lung UK. 
I have been a long time supporter and user of this charity and have signposted many families to their services in the course of my working life. 
It may appear to be “just asthma” but I lost a school friend to this condition when she was just a child.  A asthma attack can come out of the blue. It’s quick and it’s scary. Many attacks can be prevented and this charity not only researches but provides essential advice to manage the condition. 
I would be so grateful for any donations which will support their work. Thank you!
