I’m running The Great North Run in the fight for breath!
Hey everyone!
So this year I’ve decided I'm going to take part in The Great North Run!
I’ll be running for Asthma + Lung UK, I’ve choosen this charity as it’s very personal to me. Just before Christmas my mam suffered a severe asthma attack where she ended up in critical care, she is now a life long asthmatic and is fighting strong!
Any support big or small would be amazing in my fight for lung health.
