London Marathon 2025

I’m running the London Marathon 2025 to fight for lung health!

In April 2025, I’ll be running the London Marathon for **Asthma + Lung UK**, a cause very close to my heart. This marathon isn’t just a personal challenge; it’s a tribute to two incredible men who shaped my life—my dad and my father-in-law.

In 2014, I lost my dad to a rare lung condition. His passing left a deep void in my life, and I struggled to cope with the grief. It was during this difficult time that I turned to running as a way to process my emotions and start to heal. In 2021, I ran the London Marathon in memory of my mum, and I promised myself that I would one day run again in my dad’s memory.

I had planned to run last year, but life had other plans. After an emergency operation, I had to defer my spot, and during that time, my father-in-law passed away due to complications from lung fibrosis. His death was another heartbreaking loss for our family, reinforcing how fragile and important lung health is.

Now, in 2025, I’m running not only for my dad but also for my father-in-law. I’m determined to raise £2000 for Asthma + Lung UK to support research, treatment, and awareness of lung conditions so that fewer families have to experience the same pain.

Every step I take on that marathon day will be in their memory. If you’d like to support me in this journey, please consider donating—any amount helps make a difference.

Thank you for your support and for helping me honor two extraordinary people.
