Thursday 18th JulHello troops,
I’ve challenged myself to run The Great North Run 2024! As someone who suffers from asthma myself, I’m supporting Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone's right to breathe. Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to try and make a difference.
