Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. I want to make a difference. I'm running the London Marathon 2025 for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 allows one of Asthma + Lung UK's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering potentially lifesaving advice. I'd be very grateful for any donations you could make!

I will be running the London Marathon 2025, in memory of my Grandad♥️
Thursday 17th Oct This year, the kindest, most loving person in my life, my grandad, passed away due to a lung disease. He was such a huge part of our life and did everything and anything for us. His favourite thing to do (other than fishing) was coming to watch our sports games; netball, athletics, dancing, horse riding, he came to everything without fail. Words don’t describe what an amazing man he was. He was our biggest supporter in life and would be proud to know that my sister and I will be running the marathon in memory of him, we know he’ll be there alongside us.Around 1.2 million people are diagnosed with COPD every year, making it the second most common lung disease following Asthma. I am raising money for Asthma & Lung UK to do my part in helping research for new treatments and supporting people with the same disease as my grandad.
