Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running London Landmarks for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.

Wednesday 29th Jan I’m running my first half marathon at the age of 51 😱My dad lived with COPD for many years and it’s really not nice to see people who you care about fighting for breath when going about their daily routines. My dad didn’t complain once and just got in with things. He was the best and I miss him so much.
I will be running this in his memory and to raise money for a great cause.
Good luck Zoe, you’re going to smash it❤️
