I’m running The Great North Run in the fight for breath!
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I want to make a difference. I'm running The Great North Run for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe. Every pound I'm able to raise will take us a step closer to a world where everyone has healthy lungs.
Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.

Great North here I come. (Again) 🤗
Thursday 30th Jan This will be the 5th time I have ran the Great North Run and my 3rd running for charity. This year I am supporting Asthma +Lung Uk.Asthma is something I suffered badly with as a child resulting in hospital stays and lots of different medication. The symptoms eased in my late teens until a couple of years ago. I’m now back on daily medication to manage the condition. I’ve been running for 10 years and would hate for Asthma to ever stop me from doing something I love.
