We are walking 9 miles along the Bure Valley Path from Wroxham to Aylsham.
In our family both Xavier and his younger brother Cooper have asthma, as do both my parents.
In 2019, when Xavier was 7 years old, he was diagnosed with asthma in quite dramatic circumstances including a trip to hospital in an ambulance and a night in the childrens high dependency unit at the NNUH.
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with a lung condition. Every pound we raise takes us closer to a world where everyone breathes clean air with healthy lungs.
Just £22 allows one of Asthma + Lung UK's nurses to answer a call on the Helpline, offering potentially lifesaving advice to someone in need.
