I’m running London Landmarks in the fight for breath!
My amazing Mum, Sally, suffered with Bronchiectasis for over 10 years. Very sadly, after her long hard battle she left us, peacefully in her sleep at home for the skies above last month.
Mum's condition meant she easily picked up infections which required antibiotics and frequent hospital stays. Mum fought extremely hard in intensive care last year and made a miraculous recovery thanks to the incredible medical team. We had a wonderful summer making happy memories to which we are so grateful - I want to do my small bit to give back.
Every minute, someone in the UK is diagnosed with lung disease. I'm running London Landmarks for Asthma + Lung UK, the only UK charity that fights for everyone’s right to breathe.
Just £22 could go towards Health Care Advisors and Respiratory Specialists supporting someone with the information they need to live well.
